Refund Policy:

Customers may choose either a refund, exchange or credit only where goods are faulty, wrongly described, unfit for their purpose or defective, and only with proof of purchase. Refunds are not normally available if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Postage and Handling:

Bron's Boutique has decided to offer FREE home delivery to Australian addresses. This applies to orders of any size and delivery to anywhere in Australia. Most products will come to you via Australia Post Registered or Express mail. International customers pay postage as Cash On Delivery. If you request gift wrapping for Pour Toi De Moi, Black Label or handcrafted Fair Trade items, an extra charge of $5.00 per product applies. Following is Bron’s Boutique postage costs summarised:
