What is the Bron's Boutique guarantee, and what does it mean?

Bron's Boutique Guarantee:

This means three things to customers: (1) Be assured that all products ordered from Bron's Boutique are very high quality. (2) Customers can be assured of secure payment processing and protection of confidential personal information. (3) Products ordered will be delivered to your front door.

I am a member of the Sunrise Family. How do I claim my discount?

Members of the Sunrise Family are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their order total from Bron's Boutique. To claim the discount, enter SFM10% in the Promo Code section when checking out. Members should also quote their Sunrise Family membership number in the Sunrise Family Membership Card Number  section. If necessary, membership status may need to verified using this number.

What is your Refund Policy?

Customers may choose either a refund, exchange or credit only where goods are faulty, unfit for their purpose or defective, and only with proof of purchase. Refunds are not normally available if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Can you tell me about your pricing structure?

Products are normally sold at their Recommended Retail Price (RRP), or when no RRP is supplied, then at a reasonable mark-up. All prices are GST inclusive. Some products are sold below their RRP (you'll have to check the catalogue pages for these).

What about delivery?

Expect your order to be delivered to your home within 28 days at the very latest, but usually much sooner. Bron's Boutique has decided to offer FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide. This applied to orders of any size, any dollar amount, and delivery to anywhere is Australia. Most products will come to you via Australia Post Registered or Express mail. If you request gift-wrapping for an item, and extra charge of $5.00 per item applies. International customers pay postage as Cash On Delivery.

Will my products arrive together?

Depending on what you have ordered, your products may arrive together or separately. Some products will be shipped to you directly from suppliers. Other items may be shipped to you from Bron's Boutique home-base in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bron's Boutique accepts online payment using PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Direct Deposit. All payments are safe and secure via the PayPal website.

Can I contact Bron's Boutique if I need to ask a question?
