BRON’S BOUTIQUE – Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Bron’s Boutique. By using this website, users agree to the Terms and Conditions set out on this page.

Disclaimer: Bron’s Boutique has done its best to present accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that the information is correct. The website is provided on the understanding that its publishers are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the information provided.

1. All users accept the Internet Privacy Policy and the provisions regarding personal information detailed within.

2. Intellectual property rights are applicable to this site. All text, images and designs are the property of their originator or owner and may not be copied or recreated.

3. Customers may order from the catalogue pages online and pay securely by credit card, debit card, PayPal or direct deposit. Customers can expect to receive their product/s within 28 days. Customers also have the option of ordering by post or email, which will allow for payment by cheque or money order, or to lay-buy over an eight (8) week period if preferred. 

4. Customers may choose either a refund, exchange or credit only where goods are faulty, unfit for their purpose or defective, and only with proof of purchase. Refunds are not normally available if a customer simply changes their mind or makes a wrong selection. Products cannot be returned if tags, etc, have been removed. Clothing, jewellery and lingerie definitely CANNOT be returned if the product has been worn.

5. All stock images and descriptions are representations only. No refunds or exchanges will be given if a purchased item does not exactly meet the customer’s expectations. 

6. Occasionally, a customer may purchase an item which is later found to be ‘out of stock’. If this occurs, that customer may be issued a refund, credit or alternative product, equal to the ‘out of stock’ item purchase price. No guarantees are made with regards to stock levels.

7. Personal information collected about customers may be disclosed to third parties when necessary to meet customers’ requests for goods and services. Third parties may include other suppliers or postal services or similar organisations.

8. Customers who are card-carrying members of the Sunrise Family are eligible to receive a 10% discount off their order total from Bron's Boutique. Members must enter the Promo Code SFM10% during check-out to claim their discount. Members should also quote their membership number, as this may need to be verified.

9. Bron's Boutique has decided to offer FREE home delivery Australia-wide on orders of any size or amount. International customers pay postage as Cash On Delivery.

10. These Terms and Conditions may be varied at any time by the website owner.
